The software Força V serves to support for external sales teams, like vendors and sales representatives, during the sales work outside the office.
Automate the activities of opening and closing orders with customers, facilitates consultation and portfolio of products to the catalog - including photos, sending and receiving requests and other information from the head office.
The software receives information of the head office about the status of the request (to send, financial, rejected, separation, posted), new products, price updates, inventory and customer lists, etc.
To send and receive data, you must be connect to the internet.
Modules
- Força V – Desktop application developed for use in notebook vendor and/or sales representative.
- FVServer – Server application responsible for receiving and sending data via connections made by the Força V was developed using technologies that are independent of the type of operating system available and can work on Windows 1998, XP, Vista, Linux and others.
The Force V by default are not tied to business automation software in use by the company (software for financial management, sales and product inventory), however, for its full operationalization are needed some changes and adjustments in the program of business automation already existing in the enterprise so that we can ensure the smooth running of all applications.
